About Ryan Hartig, MD

Dr. Hartig graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Information Studies and a minor in Psychology.  He then studied Pre-Medicine sciences at Northern Kentucky University.  Following this experience, Dr. Hartig attended the University Of Louisville School Of Medicine earning a Doctorate in Medicine.  Dr. Hartig trained in the field of Internal Medicine at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire.

Dr. Hartig holds certifications in IV therapy from the American College for Advancement in Medicine and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy by The Academy of Preventive and Innovative Medicine. He has completed a preceptorship with the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Education Foundation and is a current Fellow with the Metabolic Medical Institute’s Integrative Cancer Therapy Program. He has also conducted further training in the fields of Swiss Biological Medicine, Environmental Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury.

Dr. Hartig approaches medical problems with a comprehensive perspective. He is not only interested in “root cause resolution” of specific diseases, but addressing the overall health of a patient.
